So, I was seeking a new rental on the Westside or LA that could have included Santa Monica, Brentwood, WLA, Venice, Westwood, Playa Del Rey, Marina Del Rey, Malibu, the South Bay, or just about anywhere in the region. I met Lisa through the internet, cold called her (on her day off), and she got on her computer and helped me find apartments to come see the next day in L.A. She called all the agents and set up all of my showings. She was faster and more reliable than any other agent I had come across, punctual, great to work with, and wasn't pushy (she gave me her honest opinion, even on places that she wasn't getting paid on). I felt like she had my best interest at heart with every showing. She ultimately helped me apply and get accepted to a very competitive spot, giving me guidance for the application, and submitting it herself to the landlord with a bio/summary that helped me get the place. She also reviewed the lease with me, told me what to look out for and was there to answer all of my questions late at night.
